Datça Tour is a travel guide: there are no accounts, payments or forms. Apart from what you share when you email us, and visit statistics if you agree to them, we don't collect personal data.

The places, tours and guides you save, along with your theme and cookie choice, are kept in your browser's local storage. They are never sent to our server and disappear when you clear your browser data.

Google Analytics 4 is only used if you agree. It measures which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, approximate location (country and city) and interactions on the site (searches, shares, clicks on contact and booking links).

To do this, cookies starting with _ga and _ga_ are stored in your browser (for up to 2 years). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. The data is processed by Google and may be stored on servers outside Türkiye. If you don't agree, no Google scripts are loaded; you can withdraw your consent at any time below or in the settings menu.

When you write to info@datcatour.com, your email address and message are used only to reply and handle your request, and are not shared with third parties.

For security and troubleshooting, the web server keeps technical logs for each request, including the IP address, date and time, requested address and browser details. These logs are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.

Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers, so your IP address is sent to them when you open the map page. Directions links open Google Maps.

When you want to book a tour, you are sent to the tour operator's own booking page. Campaign parameters showing that the visit came from our site are added to the link, and anything you share while booking is the operator's responsibility. These services have their own privacy policies.

Under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, if you are in the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to know whether your data is processed and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to info@datcatour.com with any request.
